Yes. With written authorization, access and onsite support can be arranged for a professional selected by the homeowner. The scope and responsibility for the underlying work are confirmed in advance.
Do you support independently managed vacation rentals?+
Yes. Selz Property Care can provide guest ready documentation, vacant period checks, supply confirmation and local access support. We do not manage listings, bookings, guests or rent collection.
