Selz Property Care is not a call center and we do not pretend every specialty is performed in house. We maintain relationships across the residential trades so a homeowner can have a capable local point of contact when a property service need develops.
Owners can choose between two clear service paths. For access directed by the owner, the homeowner selects, contracts with and pays the professional directly while we coordinate access and documentation. For an approved managed project, the scope, pricing process, responsibilities and owner approvals are defined in a separate written project agreement.
