More useful than a quick walkthrough. Clear about the limits.

Power status

We can confirm agreed lights, displays or other ordinary indicators show power at the time of the visit. This is not an electrical inspection or guarantee of uninterrupted service.

Thermostat and HVAC response

We can record indoor conditions and confirm whether the system appears to respond to normal thermostat controls. Diagnosis and repair belong to qualified HVAC professionals.

Selected appliance status

We can observe agreed appliance displays or ordinary operating indicators and document what is apparent at the visit. We do not diagnose performance or hidden defects.

Exterior and weather follow up

Ground level observation and photographs of readily visible debris, exterior changes or apparent weather related concerns.

Service professional access

At your direction, we can coordinate access for a professional you select, remain onsite when arranged and document the appointment.

Approved project management

A professional home inspection, security service, code evaluation, system diagnosis or guarantee that damage, failure or loss will not occur. Project services are separately scoped and approved in writing.
